Garmin® UNBOUND Gravel ® presented by Craft Sportswear entry (the “Giveaway”)

How to participate: No purchase necessary to enter or win the “Giveaway”. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Giveaway rules: Entrants must provide a valid email address to be eligible to win. Winners will be notified by email. If winners do not contact 7mesh to redeem their prize within 3 days, they will be disqualified. You will receive one entry per valid email address. By submitting a valid email address to the Giveaway landing page and by the entry deadline, entrants agree to be added to and receive communications from 7mesh and Tutti Gravel Inn.

Prizes and odds: Entrants are eligible to win one grand prize. One winner will receive one reserved entry info the 25, 50, 100 or 200 mile category of Garmin® UNBOUND Gravel ® presented by Craft Sportswear race in Kansas, United States (valued at $270 USD) taking place on Saturday, June 4th, 2022 and a 7mesh riding kit (value capped at $500 USD).

Winner is responsible for costs, including but not limited to organization of all transport, food, race support and lodging. A lack of cooperation in this process will result in disqualification. The prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution or transfers of the prizes will be allowed. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 7mesh reserves the right to adjust trip plans based on weather or other Mother Nature related activities and the participants’ skill & fitness levels. The Sponsors will have sole discretion over prizes; if a prize is no longer available a substitute will be decided and provided by the sponsor.

Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States, age 18 or older, except employees of 7mesh and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws, and is void where prohibited. Winner must have all documents necessary for travel.

Prize selection: Winners will be selected at random from Giveaway entrants meeting the requirements of these Official Rules. Winners will be selected by 7mesh at random at the 7mesh head office in Squamish, British Columbia.

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that apply to prizes. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of 7mesh for a prize of equal or greater value.

Verification of winners and delivery of prizes: Winners may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prizes may be awarded to alternate winners if declarations/releases are not completed at the time that prizes are awarded. The winner agrees to use of their name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
